1) What method of payment do you accept?

• We accept all major credit cards payments 
• We also accept payment through PayPal

2) How do I qualify for free delivery?

• We offer standard and express delivery methods
• Standard delivery: 3-5 days
• Express delivery: 1-2 days (if placed before 1pm)

All orders of £49 and above are eligible for free standard delivery.

3) How can I be assured that your website is secure ?

Security is extremely important to us, our website has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Our website uses SSL to encrypt sensitive data, such as your billing address details.  We record IP address of persons submitting orders to aid fraud prevention and will disclose any information necessary to fully co-operate with law enforcement authorities in investigating suspected lawbreakers.

For your added security all payments are processed by Stride & Paypal which means that we don't hold records of your credit card details.

4) Do I have to register to place an order ?

As an internet company, we do request that you register with us and place your orders online. This will allow us to inform you of new products and update you on any new offers and voucher codes.  However, we appreciate not all of our Customers have email addresses set up (Required for registration).

5) What is the minimum age for using Beuatymaxx® products

We recommend product use to customers over 18 years of age. If you have parental supervision these are safe to use for teenagers also.

6) Where can I get information on how the product is used?

Full instruction manual is dispatched with every product.  Additionally, details can also be found in the "how to use" tab within the product page, simply click to view all instructions.
